Welcome to The Movement Space: A Monthly Invitation to Move Freely and Feel Deeply

 

Join us for a 90-minute open studio for embodied exploration through sound, music, and authentic movement. Each month offers a spacious container to reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom — no choreography, no steps to follow, just movement as expression, release, and return.

 

Allow rhythm, breath, and intuition to guide you as we move beyond words into presence. Whether you come to ground, to feel, or to free yourself, this is your invitation to listen and move from within.

Through authentic movement to sound and music, you’ll explore the dialogue between body and mind, presence and possibility. Each session offers a supportive, nonjudgmental space to move intuitively, release what’s held, and reconnect with your embodied self. Guided by somatic principles and grounded in creative exploration, this monthly gathering invites both reflection and freedom — therapy and art in motion.

 

Open to all levels — no dance experience required.
